3. Subscription & Billing

TAVARA ERP operates on a per-user, per-month subscription model. Pricing is determined by the modules activated and the number of active users. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, and the accuracy of the data you input into the system.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in TAVARA ERP, including source code, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by TAVARA Holdings. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAVARA Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
